At Jaymer-Que, we pride ourselves on that backyard-style of preparing BBQ... just like you'd do it if you had time to smoke in the backyard with some friends coming over.  We're not grilling and we're not fast cooking just to save money and time.  Meats are smoked low and slow, not steamed and boiled.
