10.Mikeksa (temple)
I talked with Clem a year ago. Got to stop in on his new facility right off 35 in Temple. What a nice facility. Steven, his son, gave me a tour and we had a nice chat. Brisket & TriTip was smoked in Old Hickory pits… not boiled as some people rumor.
Got the half pound and headed back on the road.
Now this is some great looking brisket here.
